Namaste brothers and sisters. You are One with Mother Earth and the Great Spirit, and when you re-member this, you become who you really are, healed, whole, full of love, and living out your life purpose with effortless joy. This is what I have come to know as Truth, and what I am here to help you with as you make your journey of ascension, back to love and unity.

Please read through the pages of this website, written with the intention to raise your consciousness as you open up to its teachings. The blog page is full of articles for support, inspiration, and enlightenment; the Nature page details a central part of what my work and message is about; and the pages on meditation, spiritual workshops, holistic therapies, retreats, as well as books and other healing products from the shop, all offer more ways to help you return to your true self as ‘I of Spirit,’ seeing through the ‘eye’ of Spirit.

As for who I am, my maiden name, Karen Michelle Burt, means ‘Pure Divine Light’ (Karen is Greek for ‘pure’; Michelle is derived from Michael which means ‘like God’; Burt is derived from Berht, a name from the Normans from Scandinavia, which means ‘light’). In both name, and essence then, I am Pure Spirit, and certainly my spiritual path has been one of constant purification, so that I may embody the pure white light of my soul. Of course, the whole universe is nothing but light – all matter is simply held together as if solid because of the movement of our consciousness, so let your consciousness be all it can be!

What is holding you back from being all you can be and breathing life into your soul and your dreams, except fears and conditioned limiting beliefs that only you are imprisoning yourself in? If you currently do not believe you are also Pure Divine Light, a soul in the ocean of Spirit, then you are currently only a small proportion of who you can be, you have only the tiniest proportion of the bliss that you can have, of the peace that you can have, of the creative power you can have. ‘Life is either a daring adventure or nothing’ – Helen Keller.

And if you’re already started living the path of Spirit, for you’ve received all the evidence you need to know this is the truth, then my heart is filled with gratitude for you, and my deepest wish for you is that your path will illuminate ever brighter as your soul shines stronger. When your soul shines stronger, it shines the light of consciousness upon everything, making your true path and purpose apparent. This light is love, the Divine Love of Spirit, which makes anything possible.
